Living Well With WiL is committed to providing high-quality health and wellness coaching for men to help them achieve their goals. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer the following refund policy:
1. Coaching Services & Training Programs
- All sales for coaching sessions, training programs, and consultations are final.
- Refunds will not be provided for completed or partially completed sessions.
- If you are unable to continue due to medical reasons, a refund or credit may be considered with valid documentation.
2. Digital Products (Ebooks, Meal Plans, Workout Guides, etc.)
- Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final.
- If you experience issues accessing your digital purchase, please contact us for assistance.
3. Subscription & Membership Services
- Monthly subscriptions can be canceled at any time before the next billing cycle.
- Refunds will not be issued for partially used subscription periods.
4. Event, Workshop, and Retreat Refunds
- Refunds will be provided if you cancel at least 14 days before the scheduled event.
- Cancellations made within 14 days of the event are non-refundable.
- If an event is canceled or rescheduled, a full refund or credit will be offered.
5. Custom Meal & Workout Plans
- Once a custom plan has been created and delivered, it is non-refundable.
- If you have concerns or need modifications, we are happy to make reasonable adjustments.
